This image depicts an unusual and abrasive natural texture. It depicts chaotic and inconsistent texture with continual variations.
Branches - Image 66 (20/09/14)
This image depicts thin branches with spider webs. There is a shallow depth of field with the focus on the branches in the foreground. The organic lines and dull colours construct a creepy environment, the intertwining lines create an interesting cluttered pattern.
Roots - Image 65 (19/09/14)
This image mimics a mountainous landscape with a harsh cliff appearance and texture. There is a shallow depth of field obscuring the background from the shot. I brings forth harsh and abrasive aspects of the natural environment.
Tree - Image 64 (18/09/14)
The focal point in this image is the uneven horizontal line covering the tree. This construct an organic pattern that gradually sweeps across the image following the contours of the tree
Construction - Image 63 (17/09/14)
The horizontal and vertical lines that fill the image construct a disjointed grid like pattern which works to flatten the image. As it is unclear where the lines begin in turn the image loses depth as the viewer has difficulty perceiving the distance of elements in the image. It constructs idea of confusion and clutter in relation to urban environments.
Brisbane River - Image 62 (16/09/14)
This image captures Brisbane as laid back and quite. The shot captures that natural environment merging with infrastructure. The ferries and man walking to the right of the image help to capture the location as relaxed and give the image a scene of narrative and movement.
Week 8
City Scene - Image 61 (15/09/14)
With use of a low angle scale is manipulated making the cars appear small and the buildings especially tall.  Due to the angle the buildings appear as though they are tilting inwards due to the manipulations of perspective. This helps to give the viewer the feeling that the buildings are towering over them.

Collage of iPhone photos taken while at a concert with an aim to create a dynamic image constructing the environment and experience of the performance.

Ezra Kire - Image 59 (13/09/14)
This image was an attempt capture a clear image of the subject with an iPhone camera. Due to the poor lighting and constant movement this was the clearest image I produced. I then adjusted the levels and changed the exposure to lighten the image. The background was covered in a field blur while the subject was sharpened using the unsharpen mask tool. Due to the harsh light coming from the back the top of the subjects head is blurred. Given the circumstances this is effective in depicting the subject in an appropriate environment and works when viewed small.
Inside Portrait 2 - Image 58 (12/0/14)
The image where constructed to appear as though they are being interviewed.

Inside Portrait 1 - Image 57 (11/09/14)

These images where masked out with Photoshop and placed over a background created from a photograph of a concrete floor (Orgwig 2013). The concrete gives the background a subtle texture.
