A 2D action-adventure game where players use their lantern to explore dungeons and avoid traps to light all the torches of the level. Made in Godot with UVA's Student Game Developers.
I worked primarily as a designer, working on levels and mechanics to fit those levels. This was my first project using Godot and I was able to learn the tools to create mechanics to fit the levels, and learned the tools to build a level as well.
I had a fairly significant learning curve in learning Godot, but in making the components for the levels I started to get a better grasp on the engine that I'm planning to learn more about this upcoming semester.
