Total refurbishment of a late 70’s apartment, result of the junction of two smaller apartments.
The plan has been simplified, considering the entry hall, the leaving room and the kitchen has a continuous space, in a loft-like way. Several sliding translucent panels allow for partitioning, when necessary. Plaster and fixed furniture enabled to integrate the numerous exposed beams, due to the original two apartment structure.
The Larch wooden floor unites the several spaces.
The main themes of the intervention are the light, the spatial fluidity and the comfort.
