The Midnight Women Club




The Midnight Women Club is a community for latinamerican women to share knowledge, to empower and grow together. It is a digital platform focused on enhancing the professional life of women with leading roles inside big companies or women looking to gain more knowledge and confidence to keep expanding their goals within their work spaces. 

A member of TMWC is elegant, powerful and sophisticated. Using a fluid typography for the word 'Women' to make it stand out from the rest, the logo celebrates the unique stories that each individual brings to the collective narrative. The color palette is subtle yet profound to evoke a sense of empowerment and confidence. With a morning green and a prussian blue as contrasting main colors to mirror freshness, positivity and renewal; and warm secondary colors for a harmonious blend of knowledge and connection that define the essence of TMWC.

The main visual language is built upon the manifestation of community and growth with graphic elements such as the M and W intertwined as well as the use of the tagline "De cero a CEO" — From zero to CEO  with the arrow pointing up and forward. Collaterals were planned mainly for screens and digital platforms, but we also worked around elements that complement the digital community through in-person Networking events and Workshops. TMWC is a declaration of what can be accomplished when women uplift, inspire, and champion each other into fulfilling goals.
