This assignment from Drawing II (MHC 2023) was supposed to be about local colour. Local colour was described to me as "real colour" at this time and this was the first project we were allowed to use colour. I really wanted to draw this picture of my spouse and had a great time with it, but was firmly told after putting hours into it that it was not at all what was meant by local colour. Oops. I love it anyways.
