Project Brief:
Observe an existing experience from multiple perspectives, articulate it through a map, and evaluate its strengths and weaknesses. Identify a transactional experience and map a user's journey through it. Observe the experience and document it from the perspective of two distinct groups. One can be a persona similar to yourself, the other should be someone who is differently-abled than you. 
Bovaconti is a popular coffee shop located in the Fountain Square neighborhood of Downtown Indianapolis.
Define personas and goals and complete the experience
Define phases of the experience and record actions, thoughts, and feelings of the personas throughout the experience
Make sense of the data collected by adding touchpoint, thoughts, feelings, and tracking emotion levels of the personas throughout the experience.
Continue making sense of the collected data by making the map easily readable and creating a clear separation between the personas. 
Complete journey map by creating touchpoint icons, designing persona icons that fit the theme, drawing the reader to the pain points, and creating a key to make the map easy for the viewer to understand.
