Pierre is a cuddly little hippo with a striped jumper. To minimise seaming, the hippo’s head, body and legs are all knitted in one piece, and the pattern incorporates short rows for shaping, and picking up stitches along an edge to make the sweater.  Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the hippo is knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).
