For the first ad I choose the Portrait style web ad. 

Four images were extracted from their backgrounds (I got them all from Free Stock Photos). I used various filters and effects to get the look I wanted, then made a Clipping Mask for the title text to place the traffic lights inside the letters.

 

The second ad is the Filmstrip style ad.

I did pretty much the same thing with this ad as the first.
