This Instagram page served as a platform to shed light on how societal pressures and toxicity directed towards males can contribute to depression and anxiety.

Crafted during my 5th semester as a college assignment in 2022, these posts aimed to raise awareness about the negative impact of societal norms on mental health within the male gender. The project emphasized the importance of addressing toxic masculinity's effects on emotional well-being, using social media as a tool for advocacy and awareness.
