In this era, a classic style building for a sixplex 3-bedroom home is of great potential. This block has 6 plex apartments with units spread over 3 floors. Between each 3 bedroom unit on each floor, a staircase runs between them. A staircase leads all the way to the last floor with a nice staircase window.
