The story happens with machines controlled by real animals and they started working and moving around after the shop closed. A dark color tone was used as the light has been switched off in the arcade which indicates that the store was closed. Also, a contrast color which is yellow was used as light on the screen and light from the outside of the shop. It was used to become the main focal point for viewers.

In this story, the hamster was a baker that help humans bake. Hence, the hamster was surrounded by cakes and desserts. Sharp and saturated colors were used to help the desserts look attractive and evoke human tastebuds when looking at them.
