Welcome to the Myriadrium! This project was to create a poster for an event with complimentary social media posts. I went with the grand opening of an oddities museum and art collective. In order to tackle this project, I had to develop a brand identity for the business that was opening. This involved researching similar businesses online and creating a list of inspirational words and phrases. The next step was a series of thumbnail sketches and more developed and refined sketches. The final result was a circus-inspired, dark, and quirky poster with a complimentary red and green color palate.

The social media posts all incorporated the company logo, an enticing heading, and a background that hinted at the oddities that patrons would experience at the grand opening event. These backgrounds include artwork from the art collective, the beautiful façade of the storefront, and a circus performer from the entertainment company that would perform at the grand opening.
