A couple of renders of what I've been working on recently. These renders are meant to show the concept for a private camping area in Tapalpa, Mexico. These cabins are perfect for couples and families to rent for small retreats into the mountains. The full complex is called "Cardosanto" and it will include a gated community, a restaurant and an outdoor area for these cabins.
Although I liked my first cabin the most, I had to change it since it differed too much from the architect's vision. My second attempt closely matched the actual blueprints. I did changed the textures later for the final render.
This was one of the final drafts for the project. I created an environment for the camping grounds with some amenities included. I was going for a rustic style, but I ended up changing the objects later on.

These new objects were far more modern and minimalistic. Overall I think they give the place  a nicer look.
Lastly I changed the cabin a little bit. It looked too small before and the textures were bland. I rescaled it and gave it some better looking textures. I darkened the exerior walls, in order to make the cabin stand out from the background.
I do have a lot more process, but for the sake of my portfolio I decided to include the more polished parts of it.

If anyone is interested  they can check out all of my documented process here.
