Subliminal - Personal Work : Cover art inspired by assets I've created in & tweaked in photoshop. The goal was to keep the art the focal point of the design, while complimenting it with the the typography & it's alignment. A recent favorite since it's signifies a breakthrough. The would-be album is about how difficult changes it life can be, and I thought a wave of flame would perfectly give that feeling.

Magdalene Album Cover - Personal Work : 

Re-imaged the album cover for FKA Twigs' Magdalene.

The goal (and challenge) was to capture the feeling of the album, and reconstructing the artist's face and making it into a brush worked perfectly, although it took a bunch of tries to get a nice mixture of details. Another challenge was adding the typography as it felt too crowded when added, but sneaking it in there next to the eye adds a nice little detail when you look closely, but keeps the design nice and clean otherwise.
