Helio Hayah Hotel & Community Center
Located in Heliopolis, a City with an inveterate history that is being overtaken by plain modernism, Our Hotel, complemented by its Community Center, is designed to draw attention to the ancient culture of New Cairo that falls back more than a hundred years. With facilities serving all residents of the area and even those arriving from the nearby airports, We aim to engage all our visitors in mutual activities, regardless of age, to maintain the idea that we don’t have to discard our heritage to move forward. Since the project location is mainly surrounded by plain bridges and little to no pedestrian scenery, we made it our goal to create a pleasant view that is easily seen by all of our visitors all white maintaining the classical nature of Heliopolis city, yet adding a touch of Modernism to cope with the surrounding changes.
