For Sketch #3, I took these three images of objects around my house in a tryptic form on 09/24/2023 using my Canon EOS 80D. When it came to this assignment, I had first taken images throughout the week of larger scale items that had wrinkles on them. I then reviewed these items and began to close in on my subjects to really focus in on the wrinkly effect they had. In these images, I wanted to explore how different elements affected the level of wrinkly-ness an object had (this included wrinkles created by weight, by tension, and by thickness). The objects, from left to right, include my couch cushions, an embroidery hoop, and plastic wrap. I also used natural window light mixed with overhead ambient lighting to create the blue orange contrast in the images.
