STAMP COLLECTION
This is a set of postage stamps inspired by Roy Lichtenstein. Roy Lichtenstein was an American pop artist. During the 1960s, along with Andy Warhol, Jasper Johns, and James Rosenquist, he became a leading figure in the new art movement. His work defined the premise of pop art through parody.
While designing this stamp collection I took inspiration many of his famous works shown below. These stamps portray highly charged situations in this particularly detached, calculated manner similar to those seen in Lichtenstein's work. Each stamp was designed to work individually and as a group.
Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop were used for this project.
