OBJECTIVE: Drive responses and take up of hotel visits and fractional ownership holiday accommodation through dedicated and partner promotions
 
SOLUTION: Much of CLC’s marketing is through direct mail, often to the customer databases of partner businesses such as Hitachi Finance, Premier Kitchens and Britelite Windows, offering free taster holiday accommodation.
 
We were initially approached to bring some new ideas to these mailers to continually evolve and develop the response rates. From a number of partner mailings to ad-hoc offers, these were fast turnaround jobs with tight deadlines, all comfortably managed and coordinated with the mailing house.
We also created literature for partner company sales teams in the form of teaser mailers and 24-page brochures detailing the offer and resort locations, all branded under a created name of 'Your World'.
