Goals
Update, rename, and recategorize the menu to make sense for new services offered by the company.
Challenges
1 - Know how to categorize subjects that could be in more than one place.
2 - How to rename tabs.
3 - Leave the "Help" link easy to find.
UX Process
Card sorting and co-creation with stakeholders.
Results
1- New menu created after co-creation.
2 - The number of clicks on "Help" has been reduced even though the link is more exposed.

3 - The brand identity was clearer than in the previous menu.


Deliverables: wireframes with the new header architecture and results presentation.
