Every year, the Global Young Leaders (GYL) program and the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth honors a local educators "devoted to enriching their students' knowledge of world affairs and expanding their international learning opportunities." The events also feature a keynote speaker and serve as a major fundraiser for the Global Young Leaders education program.

We did not have approved images for the recipient for pre-event promotion for this year, so I set out trying to create a design that functioned as a center piece and an image on it own. The design is very graphic forward, and heavily featured the GYL program's signature yellow and font, Bebas Neue.
