Years ago I became interested in Soviet Union's life and history. I immediately fell in love with the subject, starting to channel this interest by making some surrealist collages and by coloring vintage photos digitally. I then abandoned the project for years, until I get interesting with zines and the total freedom that this format gives me. I thought this support was perfect to finish once and for all that project forgotten for years. 

Through various graphic and textual means I have tried to convey the aesthetics and images inherent in life in the Soviet Union, trying to convey my interest in the most neutral and clear way possible. I would like to clarify that my research is devoid of political connotations and bias of the kind but is the result of an artistic and aesthetic interest in the subject matter.
