About Shrimp Fried Rice:
Shrimp Fried Rice came into being when I saw an image online of, at the time, the popular meme "You mean to tell me a shrimp fried this rice?" This lead to the idea of a hardboiled detective being caught up in the possibility of shrimp on shrimp violence. The short monologue that the detective gives is a direct quote from the meme itself.
