Directions For Life Inc. is a non-profit organization that recognizes the unique mental health challenges faced by women. We provide a full range of therapeutic counseling services and a safe space for women to explore their emotions, experiences, and challenges with the goal of improving self-esteem, personal growth, and healing.

A special component to the Directions for Life mission is its programming for Women Veterans. Directions for Life provides special counseling and peer support programs specifically designed to support our women veterans as they can often experience complicated and significant mental health challenges in their transition back to civilian life.  We strive to accomplish these goals for all women and women veterans, regardless of their medical insurance options or their ability to pay.
