Can't you just hear the soft, sweet sound of a cello/guitar duo start to play as you view this illustration? I made this custom digital watercolor piece as part of a concert poster for my friend, Amelia, who plays cello. The name of her summer series is "Northeast Kitchen Garden Concert Series," and she wanted to draw on nature and lunar themes for a homemade-feeling flyer. Flanked on either side by classic summer plants like cattails and gardenias, I silhouetted the instruments in front of a full summer moon. I can almost hear the crickets chirping!
