There are approximately 280 companies in the fuel and lubricants marketing & distrbution business in the States of Oregon and Washington. These companies are supplied by over 22 large wholesalers and major oil companies in the US and offshore markets. These companies supply and deliver products to over 2,800 gas stations and directly to over 3,300 commercial & industrial companies with locations located throughout the States. Since 1991, I have engaged with dozens of stakeholders throughout these States to negotiate supply agreements, purchase agreements, and various supply chain performance improvement initiatives.
All stakeholder economics and financial incentives are modeled using PVS enabled "War Rooms" for strategic & tactical mission planning efforts. The US petroleum supply chain has been modeled for every State in the US and for select markets globally; this clip shows the stakeholders included in the PVS model of the Pacific Northwest.
