This project was a graduate course assignment for HCDE 511: Visual Communication. The objective was to design a double-page spread that used both text and visuals in order to tell a story about a technical topic. I chose to focus on sugar consumption in the United States: how it effects our health and well-being, how much we consume, and how much can be found in common foods.
