Wake Up Call!

Wake Up Call consists of two parts, a bracelet and a charging station. The bracelet is made from a soft non-irritating material. Within the bracelet there is a small battery powering six vibration motors, and two magnets that clasp joining the bracelet together. The magnets cannot be separated by hand, thus a user needs to use Wake Up Call’s charging station to remove the bracelet and stop vibrations.

The station has a flat baseboard and hoop-like attachment on top which the user must insert the bracelet inside. In the hoop there are electromagnets on the sides which, once powered by a power outlet, activate to unclasp the bracelet and cease vibrations. The station has a wireless charging coil which will charge the bracelet’s battery while docked.

To set an alarm a user must download an app and connect to their personal bracelet via bluetooth. Users can customize their personal vibration patterns on the app as well.
Due to the growing civilization diseases, more people are reporting sleep disorders
or fatigue in general. People suffering from depression and sleep disorders such as narcolepsy, need to take naps just to function in today’s world. Yet, today's alarm products are inefficient or easily tricked. We ourselves found this fact close to our hearts struggling with sleep ourselves and seeing our friend suffer from sleep illness.
