Elephant Baby Shower

About the project
My cousin was having her first baby and I was hired to design some things for her shower. I was given a theme of elephants and daisies to honor our late grandmother. And the colors of pink and yellow.  The first thing I did was gather materials that fit the theme and edit them to fit even more closely to it to it.

After that, I gathered a list of everything my cousin needed me to design for the shower.
Schedule
A Schedule was designed to explain how the day was going to go. This was placed on the table right when people walked in.
Name Tags
My cousin and her husband decided to do a co-ed baby shower and invite most of their family. So name tags were designed to help everyone know who each other was and how they were related to the baby.
Games
Games are a common occurrence at baby showers. But unlike most baby showers, the games were self-played. As stated on the schedule, There wasn't a set time that a certain game was played. Guests had the option to play or not on their own time (as long as it was before 2:15pm).

Signs were designed to give instructions on how to play the games. This allowed guests to play independently on their own time without the need of someone standing there to give instructions.
Advice Cards
Another activity that guests could participate would be to right down advice for the new parents or things they wished for the baby. Two verisons of both cards were designed. One gave prompts to assist in writing and a blank one for those who wanted to write more. These were then put in a box for the parents to read at a later time.
Table Tents
Table tents were designed for a couple of uses at the shower. They labeled the baby food and drinks and blank ones were used as guess cards for "Guess how many".
