A Day In Bengaluru

Film

“The city of gardens” has such a vibrant mix of jungle, markets, temples, food and of course music. Exploring the traditional South Indian Carnatic music together with Chikkaballapur musicians playing Nadaswaram, Thavil (percussion), learning about the Yakshagana dancers. Bengaluru has caught our hearts. A place with such a strong sonic identity, deeply embedded with music. We recorded markets, temples, the never-ending traffic, the city’s dynamism, its cuisine and more; we jammed with musicians from Chik Ballapur.
