This scientific photography project centers around Betta fighting fish and highlights their aggressive behaviors towards another individual of the same species. In contrast to the typical blue or red coloration associated with Betta fish, this project aims to challenge stereotypes by selecting two exceptionally unique individuals as the models, one iridescent black, one orange. The photoshoot process requires briefly putting the fish (named "Warrior," a very curious little guy) in a small tank proportionate to his size to restrict his movements very momentarily. Fortunately, Warrior cooperated and exhibited good behavior throughout the photoshoot, resulting in a successful outcome. It is important to note that the well-being and safety of the fish were prioritized throughout the process.
