Insects are the world’s most diverse group of creatures on Earth, they exhibit not only a rich variety of form, colour, and shape, but also a range of ecological adaptations unexcelled by any other group. However many people are afraid of bugs because of their looks and the inherent fear of the unknown. This hinders any interest and fosters indifference.

With further environmental degradation and rising deforestation, several species of insects will be endangered soon if they are not protected. Numerous will even become extinct before they are made known to the world. 
Thus I began a journey to find a solution to boost interest in entomology and garner care from people before we lose the chance to get acquainted with some of the most fabulous species here. 

The vision was that once young adults got interested in entomology, it would also make them passionate for the same in the future and inspire them to be avid explorers and nature lovers. 

Hence, the book was born as a series of short poems, each telling a story of bug's life (fictional, that is). These made up stories of the bugs, also provide facts about the bugs to readers.
