The goal of this book is to make its readers reconsider their most ordinary actions as unexpected philosophical events. Spontaneaty and creativity are encouraged. It is a journey of re-discovery, unlocking one's self and healing. 

When I was reading the summary of this book what caught my attention was the sentence 'the world won't look the same again'. After taking a look at the content of the book I come to realize that it included contrasting emotions. In fact, some of its activities were more fun and random such as, the 'Imagine peeling an apple in your mind' one or the 'Lose something and not know what'. On the contrary, some others were darker and deeper such as the 'Imagine your imminent death' one or the 'Swallow your emotion' one.

I wanted to make different re-imagined book covers of this book that would express in an abstract way these different feelings that the different activities would evoke to the reader.
