I made all of these images in the swamp near Savannah, Georgia from a small fishing boat piloted by a man named Bobby.  I had never ventured deep into an environment like this; accessible only with a shallow draft boat and a knowlegable guide. 

                               I felt as though I was in a massive Cathedral, dark and quiet, intricate and beautiful.
