Rockwell Kent was once called America’s most popular artist. Since that time in the 1930’s, his place in 20th century American art has evolved from being forgotten to being rediscovered.  He was known as a painter, illustrator, print maker, wood engraver, author, architect and social and political activist. All of these mediums of expression are seen in the greeting cards he created from 1910 to the 1960’s. They offer the reader a retrospective of Rockwell Kent’s art.

This coffee table book design is a catalogue of all known Rockwell Kent cards. Later editions of some of these cards are still available today at the Rockwell Kent Gallery, SUNY @ Plattsburgh.
