This poster flyer is a student concept for The Aquilizan Studio: Making it Home workshop at the Art Gallery of NSW.
This workshop explores the often shifting, varied, and complicated meanings of home as participants craft their dream
home using cardboard. The university brief was to design an A3 promotional poster that can be folded down into a flyer.

What makes a home is not just the physical structures but also the people, culture, flora, and fauna that are a part of a place.
To visualise this complex meaning of home for children, I incorporated playful abstract shapes and a handmade collage style.
The short folded tri-fold is easy for people of all ages to open and fold back together.
