愛知県犬山市で初の個展を開催させていただきました。

I held my first solo exhibition in Inuyama City, Aichi Prefecture.

犬山市の竹を使った手作りうちわ工房、東雲アトリエさんをお借りして展示をしました。

I rented Shinonome Atelier, a hand-made fan workshop using bamboo in Inuyama City, to exhibit.

日本の伝統工芸である、竹うちわ。

Bamboo fan is a traditional Japanese craft.

私の着物のイラストを使用した、コラボうちわを作成させていただきました。

I made a collaboration fan using my kimono illustration.

アクリル絵の具で描いた原画作品も展示しました。

友人からお祝いの花束を頂きました。

I received a congratulatory bouquet from a friend.

展示期間は9日間。来場者さまが新鮮な気持ちでお楽しみ頂けるよう、毎日トルソーや展示の配置替えを行いました。

The exhibition period is 9 days. We rearranged the torso and exhibits every day so that visitors can enjoy it with a fresh feeling.

作品コンセプト

私の着物コーデイラストは、「リユースの着物と手持ちアイテムでできるコーディネート」をテーマにしています。

My illustrations are based on the theme of "coordination with reused kimono and hand-held items".

なぜ新品ではなくリユースにこだわるのか？それは・・・

Why stick to reuse rather than new? that is···

現在、日本では1度も袖を通されていない着物が廃棄されている現状があり、それを少しでも解消したいと思っているからです。

Currently, in Japan, kimonos that have not been worn even once are discarded, and I would like to solve this problem as much as possible.

現代は伝統行事などイベント以外ではなかなか着られなくなってしまった着物。

In modern times, kimonos are rarely worn outside of events such as traditional events.

たくさん余っている着物たちを救うべく、着物を普段着として気軽に着るアイデアをご提案させていただいています。

In order to save a lot of surplus kimonos, we are proposing ideas for casually wearing kimonos.

東雲Atelierさんも「資源を大切にしよう」という思いのもと、竹林整備に力を入れておられます。

Shinonome Atelier also puts effort into maintenance of the bamboo grove based on the idea of ​​​​"let's take care of resources".

うちわの原材料である犬山市の竹は、この竹林整備で出てきた不要な竹です。

The bamboo from Inuyama City, which is the raw material for the fan, is unnecessary bamboo that came out of this bamboo grove maintenance.

私も東雲さんも「物を大切に」「使える物を使う」といったSDGsへの関心が強く、お互いにとって非常に意味のある展示となりました。

Mr. Shinonome and I both have a strong interest in the SDGs, such as ``valuing things'' and ``using usable things'', so the exhibition was very meaningful to both of us.

また、普段着物は、完璧かどうか？正解なのか？という観点ではなく、着物を着る本人が本人が楽しいかどうか？を大切にしたいと思っています。

Also, is everyday kimono perfect? Is it correct? Rather than the point of view, whether the person who wears the kimono is fun or not. I want to cherish
