Teenage Mutant Ninja SQUIRTLES.

For decades now, we've been following the adventure of the Ninja Turtles. They have become an integral part of pop culture, just like Pokémon. So I had the idea, to draw a Pokémon Squirtle in the form of my favourite Ninja Turtles characters.

That's how, a fun illustration came out that made it onto a collector's card. After a hearty pizza dinner, our heroes fly out of their hiding place to meet new adventures. They're brave, strong and ready for any danger. New York City awaits its heroes.

It was a lot of fun to paint this picture. I managed to combine two things I love - ninjas and Pokémon - into one amazing piece of art. It was also great to see my favourite characters take on a new form while staying true to their essence: brave heroes fighting for justice and pizza.
