About bipolar disorder

I don't like it when they say hold on. Hold on to what? You have a mental disorder, drugs and dosages are chosen for you, but you never know how long it will take to find the right ones. Staying away helps, but it's not every day. When you are consumed by feelings, you just want to stop it and stop feeling this way. All this pain, anxiety, despair. You remember that it wasn't always like that. So it won't be. A new day brings hope. And you can only hold on to yourself and your desire to live
Mania...Strange state. At first you seem to be ok even. You are active, your thoughts are racing, your head is boiling. And then, literally in a few days, your body and brain can't take it anymore. You're awake. Everything is burning insode. Literally everything. The body, head, eyes, cognition is falling. You drink a glass of water and return it all back, you can't eat anymore. It seems to you that you are in another world, from another world. Colors become brighter, shapes become clearer. And there is only one wish: let it all end sooner and the brain will return to normal...
