Sophie's Worry​​​​​​​

Selected spreads from my children's book 'Sophie's Worry'. The story follows Sophie, a child who struggles with anxiety as she goes for a swim, meeting a Manta Ray who is also worried, about the plastic pollution in the sea. Working together they both help each other.

This book was written based on my dissertation research on the role that illustration plays in Children's books about anxiety, for use in Bibliotherapy.
