public bookcase
The public bookcase is a street library. The earliest examples are the creations of the performance duo Clegg & Guttmann in 1991.

My concept is based on the popular expression "bookworm" among book lovers. The outer shape of the cube of horizontal layers are pages that create comfortable shelves for books. The interior space is modeled as if it were actually being gnawed on. Two benches allow you to comfortably select a book. The construction material is plywood and wooden beam. The object is more suitable for the summer season with the possibility of installing a roof. Ideal for public spaces of shopping centers.
