CNC Router Machine Designed in Auto-Desk Inventor as Sheet metal Parts and Assembled .

 i start fabrication with 4mm steel and i Used Good Coating , then i  assembled The 16mm Linear Guides , do the the Machining for Ball screws , Installing The Nema 23 Motors and Ensure That each axis is aligned Perfectly . i made the Clamp for spindle . as i didn't find 65mm Clamp for My Design . after Installing the spindle the Machine is done Mechanically.

After Ensuring That X,Y,Z axis Works Perfectly , i installed 3 drivers Tb6600 and Used Mach3 Board . then i override The steps . the machine has no endstop . as the client want . in the End the Client was happy as it delivered in time 10 days.
