'WATER WARRIOR'
Mr. Govinda Bhattarai is a Nepali Congress Party candidate running for the 2023 by-election for Member of Parliament in Nepal. A former president of Nepal Student Union and a local resident of Tanahun-1, recognized the urgent need for access to clean drinking water in the region.
