'Dorina' is a painting of my grandmother picturing her sitting at her dining room table reading a devotional with a cup of coffee. This is her regular morning routine that I often saw her in. Growing up a military brat has taught me to value the people and places that are constant in my life. My Grandmother's house has been one of those constants which I have held onto dearly my whole life. The decorations on the walls have not changed my whole life and I wanted to create a painting which represents this.
