“Cosmetic Surgery” is what best describes the reformation done to this 200m2 apartment in a 60s building that overlooks the Bernabeu, Real Madrid’s emblematic stadium. This aesthetic intervention involved a comprehensive surgery of the space, sectioning it into four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen with an office and a in integrated living-dining room. A metamorphosis that recovered the genuine light with which the apartment was conceived by making the public area as open as possible, joining the kitchen to the living-dining room through sliding doors guarded by two white lacquered bookcases with brass details. The last mentioned- the details- are definitely the main protagonists or the “crown jewel” of the apartment, were a mix of contemporary and vintage design, pastel tones, textures, stained glass and powerful large format images decorate the sunbathed spaces.
