FLOODS is a collection of small drawings that depict scenarios that happened during this natural disaster in Henan province in the summer of 2021. Hundreds of homes are destroyed by the flushing water and there are people missing. I used Black and White graphite for the non-life objects, such as buildings, cars; and red pencil for people who are painful, desperate and anxious. The drawing works as a documentary of this miserable event and my sympathy for all victims in the catastrophe.
