Secondly, the nozzle structure, shape is different, the laser cutting nozzle is generally conical, the main goal is to increase air pressure at the outlet to make more focused air on the slit. The laser welding nozzle is generally a straight cylinder, its main purpose is to prevent welding spatter pollution protection lens.
The third auxiliary gas is different, laser cutting we talked about last, mainly nitrogen, air and oxygen. The laser welding is mainly inert gas, commonly used nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide gas.
The fourth mechanism is different. The laser cutting mechanism is mainly fixed.
