How do you create the ultimate interactive fun family experience in the largest convention center in Dallas? Luckily I have done this multiple times a year for a decade, so you begin by going to the location and walking the path of the attendee (keeping in mind they will most likely have children with them), photographing it all, and measuring spaces. Then I create a visual footprint with proposed signage sizes and locations and brainstorm on attractions to present to the account team as we work within the budget to finalize a plan of what needs to be created.
Then begins the fun part… designing all the elements.
These pieces are from one of the many large-scale fan events I managed and created. Everything from the e-blasts, web banners, and ads months before the event to staff tee shirts, credentials, security passes, exterior and interior signage, entrance tunnel, Hall of Fame memorabilia attraction, WWE shop and Superstore signage, sponsor booths, autograph signing backdrops, and all the directional signage to ensure that everything would run smoothly and fans would leave with a smile.
