Carolina Seating
Carolina Seating launched a new line of lounge furniture called Commons at NeoCon 2010. We were asked to create the images in a “grand scale”, which meant very open and intricate architecture, as well as dramatic lighting and color. The quick turn around time and large scale of the project proved to be both challenging and fun.
Our digital artists worked closely with the Carolina Seating project manager to craft images that conveyed a sophisticated and open feel. The differing types of space that were created reflect the vertical markets that Carolina Seating typically target, including healthcare and hospitality.
Everything that is shown in each image was created from the ground up in our 3D software, however some photography was utilized as backdrops outside of some of the windows. Some photographic reference was also used to replicate certain architectural designs and details.
