These renderings were created for an architectural competition presentation for our cleint. The aim for this project was to address the housing issues and provide social gathering spaces throughtout. A note from our client:

"The idea for the competition is that by re-interpreting the balcony as a place for people to meet and gather it will create a strong sense of community (spaces for neighbours to meet and gather, places for people to hang out informally..."
