In order to optimize the marketing budget for the fiscal year 2021 and make informed decisions based on customer feedback, a survey was conducted among 17 clients, partners, and prospects of Saddle Creek to identify their patterns of consuming content.
The survey was designed to identify credible sources of news; popular types and formats of content; content consumption behaviors and preferences; and topics of greatest interest to clients and prospects in relation to their businesses.
